Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BcauseU we offer a digital custom song and a physical keepsake. Here's what to expect.

The Digital Custom Song
Delivered digitally — there's nothing to ship. Your finished song arrives by email about 7–10 days after you submit your survey, at no additional cost.

The Keepsake Magnet
Your song is delivered digitally first (about 7–10 days after your survey) so you can hear it right away. The physical keepsake then arrives about 3–4 weeks after your survey. Shipping is free within the United States.

Where we ship
We currently ship physical items within the United States only. For anything else, email help@bcauseu.com.

Order tracking
When your keepsake ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delays, damage, or lost packages
We'll always let you know if something affects your timeline. If your keepsake arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email help@bcauseu.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
