1) Choose your gift — The Keepsake Magnet or the Digital Custom Song. 2) Share your story in a short survey — fill it out before checkout, or we'll email you the link right after. 3) After checkout, you'll get an email to confirm your survey (if you already filled it out) or to complete it. 4) Your song is crafted from every detail you share and arrives digitally — and if you chose the Keepsake Magnet, the keepsake follows in gift-ready packaging.
Your production timeline starts after checkout, once your survey is locked in. If you complete your survey after checkout, it begins the moment you submit it. If you filled it out before checkout, just confirm it from the email we send — and so nothing is delayed, it starts automatically 24 hours after checkout even if you don't get a chance to confirm. The sooner your details are final, the sooner your song is ready.
Your song arrives digitally about 7–10 days after you submit your survey. If you chose The Keepsake Magnet, the keepsake arrives about 3–4 weeks after your survey.
