Return & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

Every BcauseU song is created uniquely for you and the person you're gifting, so our policy is a little different from off-the-shelf products.

Before we begin (full refund)
Your song goes into creation once you submit your survey. If you cancel before submitting your survey, we'll refund you in full — just email help@bcauseu.com with your order number. When the survey is completed after checkout, creation begins automatically about 24 hours after checkout, so please reach out before then.

After creation begins
Because each song is made specifically for you, we're unable to offer refunds once your song is in creation.

Lyrics revision
Your order includes one complimentary lyrics revision. Once we send your lyrics, you have 24 hours to request changes. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we'll finalize the lyrics as written and begin creating your song. Missed the window? Email help@bcauseu.com and we'll do our best to help.

The Keepsake Magnet (physical item)
If your keepsake arrives damaged or defective, email help@bcauseu.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. If it's lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and, if it can't be found, ship a replacement at no charge.
