How we handle your files. Your recording and photo are used only to make your keepsake. To do that, we store them securely and share them with the manufacturing partner that builds your keepsake, and with no one else. We never sell them or use them in marketing without your permission, and we delete the originals 90 days after your keepsake is delivered.
