Welcome to BcauseU. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Overview
BcauseU provides custom songwriting and production services. When you purchase a product from our store, you are commissioning a unique, original song created to your specifications. Additional physical products (posters, gift boxes) may accompany your order depending on the package selected.
2. Products and Services
All songs created by BcauseU are original compositions produced specifically for each customer. After placing your order, you will be asked to complete a survey providing the personal details, stories, and preferences that will guide the creation of your song. Production begins once the survey is completed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Order Process
Once your order is placed and your survey is completed, our team will begin production. Typical delivery time is 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when your song is ready for download or when physical items have shipped.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery of your custom song, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. BcauseU retains all underlying intellectual property rights, including the right to use the song for promotional purposes (with your consent). You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the song without written permission from BcauseU.
6. Revisions
Each order includes one complimentary round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your completed song. Additional revisions beyond the included round may be available for an additional fee.
7. Refunds and Cancellations

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to request content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the rights of any third party. BcauseU reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
BcauseU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
