How does it work?

1) Choose your gift — The Playable Magnet or the Digital Custom Song. 2) After checkout, a short survey arrives by email. 3) Complete it and your song is crafted from every detail you share. 4) It arrives digitally, ready for the moment — and if you chose the Playable Magnet, the keepsake follows in gift-ready packaging.

When does my timeline start?

Right after checkout we email you a short survey. Your production timeline begins once you submit it — not at the moment of purchase — so please complete it as soon as you can. The sooner your survey is in, the sooner your song is ready.

How long does it take to receive my song?

Your song arrives digitally about 7–10 days after you submit your survey. If you chose The Playable Magnet, the keepsake arrives about 3–4 weeks after your survey.

How is my song personalized?

Everything you share in the survey — your story, the occasion, the names and moments that matter, and your taste in genre, tempo, and voice — shapes the final song, so it captures your relationship and no one else's.

What genres can you do?

Nearly anything — pop, country, R&B, acoustic, hip-hop, jazz, and more. You'll choose your preferred genre and style in the survey.

Can I request a specific artist style?

Absolutely. Mention artists or songs that inspire the sound you're going for, and your song will be shaped around that feeling.

What's included with The Playable Magnet?

Everything in the Digital Custom Song — the original song as high-quality MP3 + WAV files with full personal usage rights — plus the keepsake itself: a rechargeable, press-to-play magnet with built-in speaker, in premium gift-ready packaging.

What is your refund policy?
